We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All parcels are discreetly packaged. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is nominated. We cannot be held liable for medications lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist for a full refund of the medication cost. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If you wish to cancel a subscription or ongoing treatment plan, please notify us in writing with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled order date.
